- Account information: when you register, your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password.
- Gameplay and engagement data: how you play, such as games and hands played, wins and losses, streaks, fictitious Zili inventory, Energy, cosmetics, missions, achievements, and referrals.
- Purchase and transaction data: when you purchase Zili bundles, Energy packs, or cosmetics, transactions are processed by authorized third-party payment providers (such as Xsolla). We do not collect or store payment card details on our servers. We receive and store transaction metadata, including the provider order ID, product SKU, purchase amount, currency, timestamp, and fulfillment status tied to your account ID.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as device and browser type, IP address, and approximate region, used to run and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Run the game, maintain your progress and virtual item inventory, and secure your account.
- Fulfill purchases, process transactions, prevent fraud, and resolve billing disputes.
- Track aggregate player engagement and activity so we can make better product and design decisions.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and maintain fair play.
- Send essential transactional emails and, if you opted in, the newsletter.
3. Cookies and local storage
To keep the game working, we store functional data in your browser's local storage, such as your session identifier, display name, authentication token, and UI preferences. This stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.
We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate, overall usage. We configure it in cookieless mode (no client storage cookies), so it does not track you across other websites.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-context behavioral tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.
4. Payment processors and third-party services
When you make a purchase on Tongits.io, your payment is processed directly by our authorized payment partners (such as Xsolla) in accordance with their privacy policies. Payment providers handle the collection of sensitive financial information on their secure checkout surfaces.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising networks.
5. Marketing and the newsletter
The newsletter is optional. We only email you marketing or product news if you choose to opt in during sign-up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential account notices (such as password resets or verification emails).

We share information only with service providers that perform essential functions on our behalf (such as hosting infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, and aggregate analytics), and when required by law or legal process.
Your public display name, avatar, and game statistics may be visible to other players at tables, in replays, and on public leaderboards.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with accounting and legal retention obligations. We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your data.
8. Your choices

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
