These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are between you and Tongits.io ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Tongits.io website and game (the "Service"). By creating an account, continuing to use the website, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Tongits.io for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service except as allowed by law.
2. Fictitious game points (Zilis)
Tongits.io uses 100% fictitious game points ("Zilis") for in-game play. Zilis and all other virtual items have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred outside the game, or converted into cash or physical prizes. Zilis are provided free as part of the game simulation; Tongits.io does not sell them for real money. We may adjust, grant, or remove Zilis and change game simulation values at any time.
Tongits.io is a free-to-play social card game simulation for entertainment. It does not accept real-money wagers or award prizes of real-world value.
3. Advertising
The Service is free to play and may show ads. Any ads are supplied by Google and its partners rather than by us. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any ad, or for the products, services, or websites an ad links to. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
No ad affects the cards you are dealt or the outcome of a hand, and no ad gives any player an advantage over another at the table. How advertising uses information about you, and the choices you have, are covered in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or post unlawful or offensive content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, bonuses, or referrals.
6. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, and remove any Zilis or virtual items, if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tongits.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of Zilis, virtual items, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
