These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are between you and Tongits.io ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Tongits.io website and game (the "Service"). By creating an account, continuing to use the website, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Tongits.io for your own personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service except as allowed by law.
2. Fictitious game points (Zilis) and virtual items
Tongits.io uses 100% fictitious game points ("Zilis"), Energy packs, and cosmetic customizations for in-game play. Zilis and all other virtual items have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, traded, cashed out, or converted into real-world currency, cryptocurrencies, or physical prizes.
Zilis may be earned free through gameplay simulation and daily bonuses, or purchased as consumable virtual items by registered accounts. All Zilis, Energy, and cosmetic items remain licensed to your account, are non-transferable, and cannot be gifted or moved outside the account that acquired them.
Purchased Zilis are recorded as non-earned virtual currency and are excluded from earned leaderboard holdings, which measure play-earned skill and rankings.
Tongits.io is a free-to-play social card game simulation for entertainment. It does not accept real-money wagers, offer real-money gambling, or award cash prizes.
3. In-App purchases, billing, and fulfillment
Registered accounts only: In-app purchases are available exclusively to authenticated, registered accounts. Guest accounts cannot make purchases or hold purchased entitlements.
Payment processing: Transactions are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers (such as Xsolla). Product prices, bundle contents, and applicable taxes are clearly displayed before you initiate checkout.
Server-verified fulfillment: Purchases are fulfilled automatically upon server-side verification of payment from the provider. If a network delay occurs, your entitlements will be credited as soon as provider confirmation is received.
Refund policy: All purchases of consumable virtual currency (Zilis), Energy packs, and digital cosmetics are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
Chargebacks and reversals: If a payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back, the associated Zilis or virtual items will be deducted from your account. If your balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, your account balance may become negative, and your account may be suspended pending review.
No cash value on account closure: If you delete your account or if your access is terminated for breach of these Terms, all unconsumed Zilis, unused Energy, and unlocked cosmetics are forfeited with zero cash compensation.
4. Fair play and no pay-to-win guarantee
All purchases—including Zili bundles, Energy packs, cosmetics, and seasonal passes—are strictly for entertainment, convenience, and visual customization.
No purchase ever alters card dealing algorithms, deck shuffling, random number generation, or hand outcomes. Purchases do not grant any competitive advantage at the table, modify game rules, or influence matchmaking.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automated scripts, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or post unlawful or offensive content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses, daily rewards, or referrals.
7. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, and revoke any Zilis or virtual items, if you break these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tongits.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of Zilis, virtual items, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
